MY STORY

And somewhere in between?

I married a wild visionary (hi, Dan), raised two incredible boys…

And learned what it really takes to juggle business, babies, and a burning desire to do meaningful work.

I know the mental load. I know what it’s like to support someone else’s dream while pushing your own to “someday.”

And I know how damn hard it is to find spaces where you can be seen, supported, and stretched — all at once.

That’s why I created everything I now teach.
